The iDance Remix Station is a revolutionary standalone 2-Deck DJ Controller

The iDance Remix Station is a DJ controller that is packed with technical sophistication and intuitive handling, making it a favourite of many mobile DJs.


The iDance Remix Station frees itself from the shackles of digital intermediaries, such as laptops or PCs, and can be used as a stand alone system. Simply connect the amplifier with the RCA or XLR cable, and the setup is ready for use. After pressing and holding the standby button for about 2-3 seconds, the controls and large, 7" (18cm) display will be illuminated, allowing you to get started right away.


The layout of the controls have been adapted from the classic 2-deck design, and enables intuitive operation.


And how is music transferred to the remix station? The answer is very simple. MP3 tracks and/or playlists can be taken from SD cards, USB sticks, or USB-MP3 players via the inputs on the top of the controller. Tracks can be loaded directly into the controller, so that the mix can begin. There are extensive cue, sample, and effects sections available on each channel, letting you mix without compromise. Each deck has an adjustable 3-band EQ, allowing you to fine-tune the sound to produce the ultimate in listening pleasure.


The DJ controller features booth and master outputs, transferring signals to recording devices, vocal booths, or an amplifier. A bonus feature is the extra USB port on the back of the iDance Remix Station, allowing an additional USB mass storage device, or a PC, to be connected.

The Auna Mini19B is a design-oriented radio speaker system, and is flexible enough to bring music to places such as terraces, gardens and pools.


To set up, connect the transmitting station to an audio source such as a computer, an MP3 player or even a stereo system. The audio signal from the transmitting station then communicates with the two wireless speakers by sending a strong UHF-range signal. The signal can penetrate through objects such as walls, and can reach up to 100 metres. Two selectable transmitting channels effectively prevent interference with other devices that also operate in the UHF spectrum. How many apps are there at the moment that can simulate a synthesizer or offer a whole new approach to making music? Quite a few, yes. For a long time, though, there hasn’t been a simple solution for using these in serious music production. Vestax have closed this gap in the market with the V-MIDI iOS MIDI interface.
Simply connect your iOS device to the V-MIDI interface, then connect a USB MIDI device to the interface and use it to control the Core-MIDI app of your choice. The V-MIDI interface doesn’t just power you iOS device, it also powers the controller you’ve connected. If you don’t already have any apps don’t worry. Currently, there are over 100 CoreMIDI-capable apps, including DAWs, synthesizers, drum machines and DJ apps, available in the Apple App Store.
The only thing left is the problem of volume. The audio volume on iOS devices depends on the headphones output, which can lead to problems when recording. Vestax leaves this problem behind with the V-MIDI interface’s ability to amplify the output of your iOS device. You can also individually control the volume via its large rotary knob.
